Our smaller Roofing Repairs and Emergency Roof Work

• Odd Tile Repairs
We replace individual broken or slipped tiles to prevent leaks and maintain the integrity of your roof. This service is ideal for minor damage caused by weather or age, helping to avoid more costly issues down the line.
• Small Flashing Repairs
Our team handles small flashing repairs around chimneys, vents, and junctions to stop water ingress. Proper flashing maintenance is essential for preserving waterproof seals and protecting your internal structures.
• Rebedding Ridge Tile Repairs
We remove, clean, and securely rebed ridge tiles using fresh mortar. Over time, mortar can deteriorate, so this service ensures a solid and safe ridge line, preventing dislodgement in storms or high winds.
• Repairs to Ridge Tiles and Broken Tiles
Whether your ridge tiles have cracked or general tiles have loosened, we offer comprehensive repair solutions. We assess structural stability and ensure a neat, weatherproof finish every time.
• Guttering Repairs
Our guttering repair service covers leaks, joint failures, and blockages. We restore proper drainage to protect your roofline and prevent water damage to walls, fascias, and foundations.
• Spot Pointing
Spot pointing addresses small areas of failing mortar on brickwork. We use matching materials for a seamless finish while ensuring your masonry remains structurally sound and weatherproof.
• Chimney Cowl Installations
We fit chimney cowls to improve ventilation and prevent downdrafts, rain entry, and nesting birds. Our installations are tailored to your chimney type for maximum performance and safety.
• Flat Roof Replacement
When a flat roof reaches the end of its life, we offer full replacement using durable materials like EPDM, GRP fibreglass, or felt. Our installations ensure a clean finish and long-lasting weather resistance.
• Velux Window Issues
We repair or replace faulty Velux windows, addressing leaks, drafts, or broken mechanisms. Whether it’s a seal replacement or complete unit upgrade, we restore full function and insulation.
• Residential and Commercial Services
Our roofing services are tailored for both homes and businesses — from minor repairs to large-scale roofing work. We understand the different needs of domestic and commercial properties and deliver work to the highest standards.
• Copper Tags
We install copper tags for securing lead flashing and roofing materials. These tags offer excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and are a traditional method for achieving long-lasting results on heritage or modern roofs.

What an amazing master roofer, professional! After commissioning another contractor for a sizeable job on a Victorian terraced house in London hoping to get quality (when paying more so we didnt go cheap) it almost became a disaster as the contractor wanted more and more money for 'additional work'. Our family went over budget and then we decided we needed to get a second opinion as towards the end the work the current contractor done so far did not look right. Well after all the work if the roof is still leaking i know that is definitely not right. Frankie was honest straightforward and when i passed on his comments and technical information to the current contractor they could not say anything other than they will rectify the issue (prior to this they would not do it as they said it was beyond what they could do...!) My current contractor wanted to charge excessively for the additional work which didnt make sense but i told them that I have a master roofer confirming that their work was not up to British standards and the current contractor had no choice but to agree and change their mind. Luckily Frankie spotted this early as it would lead to further leaking later on had it not been rectified....

We could not really trust the current contractor any longer after being helped by Frankie and so we commissioned BT Roofing to finish the job properly. The work rate Frankie has is amazing. He was punctual and worked hard all the time and even on weekends if he was available and didnt waste time loitering on the phone like other contractors and was just proud to show off his work which we were very pleased with! Cleaned up every day, and even helped clean up the previous contractor's mess... A fantastic person as well as he gave advice without a charge and any expectations. Was a genuinely good person and very able roofer and contractor, could not recommend enough!!!
Thank you Frankie!

Whole experience was a good one, from first contact, identifying the problem, getting a quote to me and works being carried out in the time agreed and to a good standard. Even sorted a separate issue of moss and leaf build up on another part of the roof that was causing an issue on an internal wall. Would highly recommend.
