Description:
Spanish natural slate roof in Wandsworth, South West London. New leadword & Rendering (all lead welding has been done by @justleadworkshop prefabricated in there workshop then fitted on site by ourselves).
With a flat roof dormer window finished in a 3 layer high performance torch on bitumen membrane system using Coppernites Astroflex 5000 supra with there underlay, and natural hanging slates to the dormer cheeks. Also modernised with new wooden fascias & guttering. Unusual window tray soaker detail ensuring a weather tight window seal.
